Hey Holt Public!  Although we are on Mid-Winter Break this week, John and I enjoyed our conversation with the Delhi Township Environmental Coordinator, Mr. Allen Bryant.  Allen discussed the Scrappy Program.  Our schools collect food waste and share it with the Township. In return, the Township turns the food waste into energy!  The program, which started in 2012 at Horizon is now being implemented at all of our schools!  Check back with us periodically as we report on how much energy we have produced!  Our partnership with Delhi Township is strong!  This is another excellent example of our collaboration!  In addition, John and I shared some information regarding the Township and the District, respectively.
